The Panel Power Base lets you start-up and shut-down your entire Touch Toggle system with a single master Touch Toggle. When your panel is off a single red indicator remains lit, and touching that will bring the rest of the panel, and all the other Touch Toggles, to life.
A power supply is connected with a barrel connector or terminals to the Panel Power Base. Power is supplied to the rest of the Touch Toggle system through the side to side power sharing pins, or terminals used to power remote bases.
For a larger systems with more than one supply a Panel Power Base can also respond to power sensing input terminals. A pair of wires sending a small amount of power from the primary Panel Power Base to secondary Panel Power Bases power sensing input will let the single “Power on” Toggle control two or more supplies to panels around the layout. Two Panel Power Bases may be chained to control 12v and 24v supplies within the same panel.
Each Panel Power Base can control up to 10 Amps of DC current from supplies of 8v to 30v.
